Return Policy
Because we sell underwear, our returns policy has to be very strict to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
When you buy from us online, you have a 14-day legal right to change your mind (the 'cooling-off period'). However, UK consumer law makes an exception for goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and are unsealed after you receive them.

For this reason, all sales of opened underwear are final.

We can only accept a return for a refund if the item is returned to us completely sealed, unworn, and in its original, unopened packaging.

If the original seal has been broken or tampered with, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
If you need to return an unopened item:

You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must return the item within a further 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Your legal rights remain fully protected if an item is faulty. This policy does not affect your right to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is:

Faulty (e.g., a manufacturing defect, damaged stitching, etc.).

Not as described on our website.

Not fit for its intended purpose.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of returning a faulty item and will process a full refund or send a replacement once the fault is confirmed. Your legal rights for faulty items last up to six years (five years in Scotland) from the date of purchase.
We know it's a bummer when something doesn't fit right. Please double-check your size using our Sizing Guide before placing your order, as opened items cannot be returned due to fit preference.
