Please use our Sizing Guide as your primary reference. Our stretchy, supportive fabrics are designed to conform beautifully to your shape, ensuring a comfortable, flexible fit. Please note, as a new independent brand, we’re launching in XS–L first, with size expansion firmly on our roadmap, as we grow.

2. Is your underwear comfortable enough for all-day wear and exercise?

Our underwear is designed for unrestricted comfort, our underwear uses soft, stretchy fabric blends, mesh, and cotton gussets for superior breathability and natural freshness. The non-wired construction ensures gentle, flexible support ideal for all-day wear, lounging, or low-impact exercise like yoga and Pilates. Please note that our underwear is not designed for high-impact sports and support requirements vary by body and activity.

That said, sensory needs are highly individual. Different people can respond very differently to fabric texture, seams, pressure, mesh or hardware, so while OUTCÆST® is designed to be sensory-conscious, we can’t guarantee that every style will feel comfortable for every person.

3. What is the recommended care instructions?

Our care philosophy is simple: Wash, Hang, Wear. We recommend machine washing cold, then hanging or laying flat to dry—please skip the tumble dryer! This ensures your pieces maintain their stretch and soft feel for years."

4. Can I save on buying a set?

Absolutely! You can save £5 when purchasing our matching set listings. Note that all items in the set will be the same size (e.g., both Medium) for easy ordering.
